The SensorLink™ high-flow inline pneumatic sensor is a wireless device which is mounted inline with existing compressed air line. The Analytics Platform monitors the tool’s trigger time, vibration level, consumption data and maintenance cycles, and it can set up reports based on that information.
The sensor has built-in batteries with no maintenance required during the product lifetime.
Real-time usage data is gathered wirelessly and processed automatically. Data is accessible on any PC or smartphone connected to the internet.
