Last updated 4 October 2026

Who is responsible

NASYS OÜ (registry code 16691354), Tallinna tn 27, 93811 Kuressaare, Estonia, is the controller of the personal data described here. Questions about your data: info@nasys.no.

What we collect

  • Contact form: your name, company (optional), e-mail address, product area and the message you write. With each request we also record when it was sent and the IP address it came from, so that we can recognise and block abuse.
  • E-mail: if you write to us directly, your e-mail address and the content of your message.
  • Server logs: like any web server, ours records each request (IP address, time, requested address and browser type) for security and troubleshooting.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not load content from other companies' servers.

Why we use it

  • To answer your request and prepare a quote, offer or technical reply. These are steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • To keep the website secure and working. This is our legitimate interest (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not use your details for newsletters or marketing, and we do not make automated decisions or profiles about you.

Who receives it

Your request is read by our sales and engineering staff. The website and e-mail run on servers of our hosting and e-mail providers, who process the data only on our behalf and under our instructions. The data are processed in the European Union. We do not sell personal data or pass it to anyone for their own purposes, unless the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Requests and correspondence are kept as long as needed to answer them and to follow up on any order that results, and after that only as long as Estonian law requires, for example the Accounting Act for documents related to orders. Server logs are kept for a short period for security purposes and then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, to correct or erase it, to restrict its processing or to receive it in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on our legitimate interest. Write to info@nasys.no. If you think we handle your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
