Leakage monitoring

The solution detects any real-time leaks in compressed air systems, both during and outside of operating hours. The accumulated data is securely saved and analysed. Leaks are monitored with in-line sensors installed at key points in the compressed air system. The data from sensors are collected wirelessly using SensorLink protocol.

Optimisation

The system adjusts the required pressure for tools and machinery using the data from sensors. It also compensates the pressure drops emerging from tube convergence, divergence, turns, surface roughness and other physical properties.
